Superintendent Dr. Heath Morrison Details Plan to Relieve Overcrowding

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dr. Heath Morrison is answering why Charlotte-Mecklenburg was not ready for the overcrowding issue that the district is dealing with.

Morrison says there hasn’t been as much funding for CMS as other North Carolina districts have seen.

He’s also weighing in on the bond referendum that will help with teacher pay.
