SPENCER, N.C. — Police have arrested a third person in connection to a double homicide investigation in Spencer. James Robinson, Jr. was arrested Tuesday morning in Halifax County, Virginia. He will be brought back to Rowan County to face charges.
Investigators say Robinson and two other men, all wearing gorilla masks, stormed a home in Spencer on October 8. Tony Walker and his uncle, James Walker, were shot and killed.
Police arrested Kenneth Abel, Jr. and Darius Abel last week in connection to the murders.
