LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Police say a man has been arrested for taking indecent liberties with a child in Lincoln County.
Investigators say the child’s mother contacted detectives after she learned her child was allegedly victimized by a family friend. Police arrested Jose Jesus Silva Villasenor.
He has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. He is currently in the Lincoln County Detection Center with a $100,000 bond.
