CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte murder suspect has been featured on the FBI’s ‘Wanted by the FBI’ podcast.
Luis Alberto Ordonez-Vega is wanted for the murder of Noel Navarro Hernandez. Police say Ordonez-Vega and two other men were involved in the killing of Hernandez on June 6th in south Charlotte.
Ordonez-Vega is still wanted. Michael Javier Zelaya and Christian Giovanni Pena have both been arrested and charged in the case.
Investigators say Ordonez-Vega fled the Charlotte area to avoid being arrested. He allegedly has ties in Florida, Utah and New York. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on Ordonez-Vega’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
