STATESVILLE, N.C. — A Halloween party turned violent in Statesville after shots rang out. Police say a man showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to his hand.
It was determined the victim was at a large Halloween party at a home on Wilson Lee Boulevard. The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning after a fight broke out at the party.
Police say no one else was injured in the shooting. No arrests have been made at this time.
