CHARLOTTE, NC — Voters will decide Tuesday whether to approve nearly $146 million in bonds.
More than $110 million of that would go to transportation projects, including street conncections around Bojangles Coliseum and two bridges in the University area. $15 million would go to low-income housing. Part of that money would also go to construction and rehabing apartments. And $20 million would go go neighborhood improvements like sidewalks and streetlights.
