CHARLOTTE, NC — Thieves targeted a west Charlotte ministry that provides housing for people getting out of jail or treatment. The director of My Father’s Choice says the thieves shattered the back door of the facility on Crisman Street Monday night. They stole three laptops, blankets and money.
“I’m just praying for them, that’s all,” said Rev. Denise Smith of My Father’s Choice. “I’m praying that God will convict them and that they’ll just return it.”
This is the second robbery at the non-profit in two days. If you know anything that can help cops find the thieves, call Crime Stoppers.
