CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a local man wanted by law enforcement has been arrested in Florida. CMPD officers were looking for Kenneth Massey since Halloween.
He is accused of cutting off his electronic monitoring device in south Charlotte. Police say he was ordered to wear the monitoring device as part of his pre-trial release for his involvement in a shooting.
Police haven’t said when Massey will be extradited to Charlotte.
