CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have located the missing 11-year-old boy in north Charlotte. Detectives say Hunter Manning is safe and will be reunited with his family.
An alert was issued after Manning was last seen on Hazlitt Court off Kent Village Drive around 10pm Sunday.
