Fourth Suspect Arrested In Chester County Councilman’s Murder Investigation

UPDATE: Police have arrested the fourth suspect in the killing of council member Odell Williams.  Derrick Dixon was arrested Monday.  He has been charged with accessory in the murder.

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Police arrested a teenager for the murder of a Chester County councilman. 

Officials say 18-year-old Christopher Moore shot and killed Odell Williams, 70, with an assault rifle while he was inside his truck on Roundtree Circle.  Quinton McClinton, 25, has been charged with accessory to a felony.  

Chester County Sheriff Alex Underwood says the suspects are known gang members of the Round Tree Circle Gang.  Underwood says his office has been receiving threats from members of the gang as they investigate the murder.  

Police are still searching for Derrick Dixon.  DeAngelo Roseboro was arrested Friday afternoon for his involvement in the murder. 

Anyone with information on Dixon or Roseboro’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
