CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The trustees at N.C. State University voted to raise tuition by 3 percent for in-state students and 6 percent for out-of-state students. That’s about $6,400 for in-state students.
If approved, the hikes would apply in 2015 and 2016.
Other colleges in the system are proposing increases as well.
