FERGUSON, MISSOURI (CNN) —Β Michael Brown’s stepfather has apologized for making controversial comments on the night authorities announced a police officer wouldn’t be indicted in Brown’s death, but says to blame him solely for conditions in Ferguson after the grand jury decision “goes way too far and is as wrong as the decision itself.” He said this in a statement obtained by CNN’s Don Lemon.
