STATESVILLE, N.C. — Police arrested a woman for abducting her children from a foster home in Iredell County.
Investigators say Kecia Millsaps took her children from a foster home while she was on a supervised visit.
A relative called police while detectives were getting information together for an Amber Alert. The relative said Millsaps was at their home with the children.
The family member agreed to get Millsaps to bring the children to a safe location. Millsaps was then taken into custody and charged with abduction of children.
