CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Volunteers came together to pack shoe box gifts for Operation Christmas Child in south Charlotte.
The shoe boxes will be sent to needy children overseas. The Charlotte location will prepare 2.4 million shipments.
The shoe boxes are filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene items.
