Edge on Demand: Cam Newton’s Sidelining Crash

This video is no longer available.

We now know that neither driver will be charged in the crash that sidelined Cam Newton.  Newton was traveling at the speed limit around 35 miles per hour on South Church Street.  The other driver, Nestor Pellot, Jr., was trying to cross the street and was driving about 20 miles an hour when he hit Newton’s truck.  That caused it to flip several times on the bridge over I-277.

Two witnesses told officers Pellot pulled out in front of Newton.  Pellot says he didn’t see Cam’s truck.  Two very different versions of what happened.

So what do you think?  Are you shocked that no one will be charged in the crash?
