ROCK HILL, S.C. — A Rock Hill man was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday morning. Investigators say Matthew Filer hit a cement culvert on Cel-River Road. Filer died at the scene.
An autopsy and toxicology report will be completed today. No other information has been released at this time.
