BOONE, N.C. — Police say the man accused of luring a child into a restroom at a local Michael’s is now facing additional charges. Β
William Grubb, 19, is accused of luring another child at a retail business in Boone. Β The new incident was reported to Boone Police on Thursday. Β
Grubb is currently in jail on a $1M bond. Β He has been charged with abduction of a child, indecent liberties with a minor, kidnapping and indecent exposure from the case that happened inside Michael’s. Β
In that case, police say a family realized their 5-year-old daughter was no longer standing with them. Β After searching for her, the family finally found her inside the store. Β
Police say Grubb lured the child into the bathroom and assaulted her. Β
