Investigators say Mykey Eagle shot and killed 19-year-old Darold Turner Jr on S. Third Street in Albemarle on Saturday. Β
Deran McLendon has been charged with two counts of accessory after the fact in the case. Β
Police are still searching for Eagle. Β Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately. Β
