Β In the grand scheme of things, 2014 will be over in just a few more minutes. Β And with it go plenty of memories of a year full of events, both good and bad.

We saw Hollywood tremble at hackers, and terrifying new terrorists emerge in the Middle East. Β Ebola put the nation on edge, and of course Charlotte’s ex-mayor Patrick Cannon put us in the national spotlight. Β Who could forget that? Β And the common thread here is that these are all things we’d love to put behind us.
