Man Faces Murder Charge in Death of Unborn Baby

MCDOWELL COUNTY, NC — A man accused of assaulting a pregnant woman in McDowell County faces a murder charge for the death of her unborn baby.

Police in Marion say Jackie Agnew strangled Monika Credle at their home on Circle Street Monday.  She was 17 weeks pregnant at the time.
