Officer Robert Goodwin has been a member of the CMPD since 1987. Β He works as a community coordinator in the Central Division and works full time on the ‘Homeless Outreach Project’. Β
Officer Goodwin was nominated for his exemplary community service and his ‘Unwavering Leadership’ while serving others. Β
