 Meet our Project Halo Pet of the Week, Luc!  This 3-year-old chihuahua/miniature pincher mix was very shy when he first came to Project Halo, but has since opened up into a friendly, playful dog.  Luc loves other dogs, and will do best in a home with older children.  Please consider adoption!
