CHARLOTTE, NC- Police are searching for a man who cut off his electronic monitoring device.
Joshua Torres reportedly cut off his court ordered monitoring device on January 22nd and was last seen around Northwoods Forest Drive. Β
He was ordered to wear the device as a condition of his pretrial release on burglary and larceny charges.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Joshua Torres, 24, is asked to call 704-432-8888.
