CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Reverb Fest creator Phil Pucci likes to support Charlotte’s burgeoning music scene. He wanted to put on an epic concert featuring local acts, but he wanted the show to have meaning. He connected with CIRF founder Taylor Slaughter and Reverb Fest was born.
The upcoming benefit concert at Neighborhood Theatre supports the Chronic Illness Relief Fund (CIRF) which is a non-profit organization aimed to provide short-term financial relief for people suffering from chronic illness such as Lupus, Fibromyalgia and more.
I spoke with Phil and Taylor about the show, what it means to each of them and how excited they are to do something good while also ensuring a good time is had by all.
