CHARLOTTE, N.C. β Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Armed Robbery Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the armed robbery suspect pictured below.

On January 18, 2015, at approximately 11:15 p.m., an armed suspect entered the Honey Tupelo CafΓ©, on South Boulevard and demanded property from the business.Β After receiving the property, the suspect then fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male with a mustache/goatee and wearing a light grey zip-up jacket with a black hoodie underneath, a baseball hat, dark pants and light brown boots.
