Arkansas High School Student’s Invitation to the Prom Goes Viral

CORNING, ARKANSAS –  Going to the prom can be a rough time for high schoolers and getting that invitation can be exciting and special, but for high school junior Autumn Pollard it can also go viral.

Ninteen year old Autumn has Noonan Syndrome.  A genetic disorder that affects her growth and her heart.  When she was called to the middle of the court during the school pep rally, she was ready to do her dance with the mascot as usual.  But what happened to her next brought tears of joy to both Autumn and everyone else in the gym.  Her prom invitation was caught on video and has quickly become a viral favorite.

And no matter if it’s a fast dance or a slow dance, Autumn says she is ready to cut a rug with her football star date Cope Robinson,  who is already a good friend of hers,
