CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday morning in east Charlotte. Β
Investigators say a man was shot in the pelvis and taken to Carolinas Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Β
The shooting took place at the Peppertree Apartments on Central Ave near Kilborne Drive. Β Police are trying to determine if the victim was shot by someone or if it was a self inflicted wound. Β
