KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Police arrested two people involved in a shooting at a Waffle House in Kannapolis in January.
Investigators say Charles Mann II fired shots in the Waffle House on South Cannon Boulevard on January 17th. One person was struck by a bullet but only had minor injuries.
Autumn Ferby has been charged with accessory after the fact in the case. No other information was released.
