UPDATE: Police located Byrum in Yadkinville, North Carolina. Β He told officers he was lost. Β He has been reunited with his family.
CHARLOTTE, NC– Lincoln County Sheriff’s are asking for assistance in locating and 85 year old man.
Deputies responded to a missing persons report around 11 p.m. Tuesday night, a family member reported that Fulton Walton Byrum, 85, had gone missing.
Byrum was reportedly on his way to a friends house on Lake Wylie Road but never showed up.
Fulton Byrum is described as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes, approximately 6,0″ possibly wearing jeans and a white tee.
He was operating a 2014 Honda Civic, beige color, with N.C plates CME-4068.
Anyone with information on Mr. Byrum’s whereabouts is asked to call Lincoln County Sheriff’s at 704-732-9050.
