CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested a man for raping a woman after breaking into her north Charlotte home.Β
Investigators say Malik Allen broke into a woman’s home on Brownes Ferry Road Thursday morning, sexually assaulted her and then took several items from her home.
Allen has been charged with three counts of 1st degree rape, five counts of 1st degree sex offense, 2nd degree breaking and entering and 1st degree kidnapping. Β Additional charges are pending. Β
