CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte doctor has been arrested for sexually assaulting two patients in east Charlotte.
Investigators say the first incident happened when the victim went to Fidelis Edosomwan’s medical facility on Milton Road near The Plaza for a medical examination on January 2nd. The victim claims Edosomwan sexually assaulted her during the examination.
Another victim, claims she went to a medical facility on West Sugar Creek Road near North Tryon on January 14th. During the examination, the victim claims she was also sexually assaulting.
Police arrested and charged Edosomwan with two counts of 2nd degree sexual offense and three counts of sexual battery.
