Charlotte ‘Child Genius’ Appears on Ellen

 CHARLOTTE, NC — An 11-year-old from Charlotte wowed Ellen Degeneres with his IQ.  Ryan Xie is competing on Lifetime’s Child Genius show.  Wednesday, he beat Ellen’s producer in trivia.  Ryan says the best part about being smart is that he gets to prove his parents wrong!
