
ROCK HILL, S.C. — NFL quarterback Peyton Manning has been named the featured speaker for an event in Rock Hill.
Manning will speak at the 2015 Boy Scouts Palmetto Council Distinguished Citizen Dinner which will be held at Winthrop Coliseum on March 26th.
The money raised from the event will be used to fund scouting operations for the council. Manning attends several Boy Scout events each year.
Event planners are expecting a higher turnout due to the popularity of Manning. The event will honor Eagle Scout and Senator Wes Hayes.
