Couple Charged With Neglect of Premature Baby

ROCK HILL, NC — A Rock Hill couple is charged with neglect, accused of not giving their baby needed medication.

Police arrested Priscilla Norris and Mike Smith Wednesday.  According to arrest warrants, Norris gave birth to a premature baby last March.  

A Department of Social Services investigator contacted police, saying the couple had not been giving the baby medication to help her grow or getting her the medical care she needs.
