RALEIGH, NC — There is a State of Emergency in both Carolinas Wednesday night. Β Governor Pat McCrory is telling residents to stay home.
“We don’t want people on the roads tonight where there is serious snowfall. Β Please give our crews time to clear the roads and also keep our emergency operation officials safe,” he said.
