School Nurse Supervisor Charged in Murder-For-Hire Plot

Β CHARLOTTE, NC — A school nurse supervisor accused in a murder-for-hire plot will answer to charges in federal court Friday morning.
Police say Fathia Davis told an undercover detective she would pay $4,000 for someone to shoot her ex-husband in the head. Β She’s accused of giving the detective her ex-husband’s address, a picture of him and a $300 deposit.
Davis is a nurse with the Mecklenburg County Health Department’s school health program. Β She is suspended without pay.
