
CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is conducting an assault with deadly weapon investigation that occurred at 900 NC Music Factory Blvd.
Police say that when they responded to Label nightclub, they found a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to Carolinas Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Officials say that a short time later, another individual was self-transported to Carolinas Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries related to gunshot wounds from the incident.
Police say that an unidentified suspect fired several shots from inside the club striking the two victims.
Detectives with the Homicide Unit are currently on scene and trying to determine whether there are any witnesses to this incident.
