Lake Wylie Murder Suspect’s Probation Revoked

LAKE WYLIE, SC — The man charged with the murder of a Lake Wylie couple could could be extradited to York County as early as next week.  A judge in Mecklenburg County revoked Malcolm Hartley’s probation Tuesday for an unrelated armed robbery.

Prosecutors say Hartley killed Doug and Debbie London to keep Doug from testifying in another robbery case.  Doug was the only witness to that robbery at his mattress store last May.
