Edge on Demand: Ringling Brothers Phasing Out Elephant Acts

The “Greatest Show On Earth” will soon be without its elephants. Β Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey is phasing out elephants in its shows, and all of its elephants will retire by 2018. Β The circus will continue to feature other animal performers, including lions, tigers and bears. Β (Oh, my!) Β Horses, dogs and camels will still feature, too.

So now that Ringling is phasing elephants out of the circus, should they remove all exotic animals from their shows?
