Β CHARLOTTE, NC — A superior court judge has denied a preliminary injunction that would have stopped planes for toll lanes on I-77.

Attorneys for the group Widen I-77 presented their case at a hearing in Alamance County on Tuesday. Β Opponents of the toll lanes are not happy that a private company would control them and set toll rates for the next 50 years.
