Suspected Shooter Turns Himself In

 LENOIR, NC — Lenoir Police say a man accused of shooting a Food Lion manager Sunday morning has turned himself in.  Bill Mudd, Jr. is accused of shooting Michael Ray Keller several times, and leaving him for dead.

Investigators say Mudd opened fire at the grocery store on Wilkesboro Boulevard around 7:00 Sunday morning, and that the two men know each other.  Keller was taken to CMC to be treated.  Mudd was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
