SALISBURY, NC– Police have charged a Salisbury man with nine counts of sexual offense against a child.
Police arrested and charged Joseph Nathanial Cranford, 20,with two counts of rape in the first degree, five counts of first degree sexual offense and two counts disseminating obscenity.
Cranford was arrested after the victim spoke to someone at school that notified DSS, reporting it to authorities.
Jospeh Cranford is currently being held on a $1 million bond at Rowan Jail.
