CHARLOTTE, NC — An amendment to North Carolina’s indecent exposure law could help a north Charlotte neighborhood deal with a man accused of standing naked in his doorway.
Senator Brent Jackson filed a bill Thursday that would make it illegal for a person to expose themselves in a private place to anyone who doesn’t give consent. Β
The Cardinal Glen Homeowner’s Association has been complaining about Gerard Leeper for weeks. Β Police previously said there was nothing they could do, because Leeper was in his own home.
