CHARLOTTE, NC — Hip Hop mogul and rapper Jay Z recently launched a new music streaming app called TIDAL, which is aimed at competing with other streaming apps like Spotify and Beats.
TIDAL is the first artist owned music streaming service out there, but it is coming with a higher price tag. It does offer much higher streaming quality, but at $19.99 a month it doubles the price of it’s competitors. Rising Crowdsourced your thoughts on whether the price was justified.
