RALEIGH, N.C. β Due to a major cut in the fiber optic cable between the Raleigh and Charlotte areas, all North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicle internet services statewide have been temporarily suspended. The internet service provider is actively working to resolve this issue and restore service to all office locations.
