ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. — Two men are behind bars after police say they assaulted a man Friday night leaving him in critical condition. Β
Investigators say Justen Bradey, 29, and David Reames, 53, assaulted John Minor, 54, at a home on Lori Lane.
Minor was found unresponsive and police started CPR on him until emergency medial personnel arrived on the scene. Β Minor is currently in the ICU at Frye Regional Medical Center. Β
Bradey has been charged with assault by strangulation and assault inflicting serious bodily injury. Β He is in jail on a $75,000 bond. Β
Reames has been charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury. Β He is in jail on a $60,000 bond. Β
