The Virginia State Police and Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert for a child abduction in Petersburg, Virginia.
The Petersburg Police Department is looking for 4-year-old Kaleya Ketter. The child is believed to be in extreme danger and was likely abducted by her father Phillip Alexander Ketter and Love Shrariff. They may be traveling south on I-85 towards Charlotte in a black Nissan Altima. Authorities say the suspects have family in Charlotte.Β
Kaleya has black braided hair, brown eyes and is 3 feet tall. She weighs about 50 pounds and was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt and pajama pants.Β
Phillip Ketter is 28-years-old and has black dreadlocks and brown eyes. He is 5’9″ and weighs 150 pounds. Authorities say he could be wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and a black coat.Β
