Hillary Clinton: I Want to Stand Up and Fight

LE CLAIRE, IA — President Obama hasn’t endorsed Hillary Clinton for President, but he does say she’d make a great Commander in Chief.

The former Secretary of State made several campaign stops in Iowa Tuesday. Β She met with the owner of a coffee shop and then held a round table with students at a community college.

Republicans critical of Clinton say she isn’t in touch with the everyday person. Β The former First Lady thinks she’s exactly what America needs.

“I want to stand up and fight for people so they can not just get by, but they can get ahead and they can stay ahead,” said Clinton.

Clinton is the first Democrat to officially enter the race. Β Republican Senators Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Marco Rubio have all also announced their Presidential campaigns.
