LANCASTER, NC– Authorities arrested a Lancaster man for distributing Heroin and Marijuana.
Police say an investigation led to a search warrant that uncovered a substantial quantity of heroin, marijuana, marijuana plants and digital scales.
Andrew Wayne Shelton, 49, was arrested and charged for distribution of Heroin, possession with intent Heroin, possession with intent marijuana, manufacturing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
