CHARLOTTE, NC– Three suspects were taken into custody after a man was shot in a hotel parking lot Friday morning.
Police say Jerome Davis, 22, was seriously injured just before 4 a.m. at the Regal Inn on Equipment Drive in North Charlotte.
Authorities say that Davis did not know his attackers but police were able to identify one suspect as Larry Cruise, 26.
Cruise was charged with assault and possession of firearm by a felon.
